Jennifer is a licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of experience helping clients restore movement, reduce pain, and reconnect with their bodies. She has practiced in both fitness and chiropractic-based settings, giving her a well-rounded understanding of movement, recovery, and rehabilitation perfect for working in this physical therapy office.

With advanced training in Thai massage and myofascial release, along with a background in yoga and corrective movement, Jennifer approaches each session as both therapeutic treatment and an opportunity for education. She believes lasting change happens not only through skilled hands-on work, but also by helping clients develop greater awareness of their breath, posture, and movement patterns.

Jennifer has a special interest in persistent pain, chronic tension patterns, and the role the nervous system plays in healing. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to actively participate in their recovery.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys weight training, reading, and engaging in meaningful conversations with her family.
